In-House Clinics – FDA Approved 5 Minute Tests and Results

Dr. Berni is volunteering her time to come to your location to offer relief from rising health costs. She will set up shop and offer the following tests for your clients, customers or employees:

 Cholesterol Complete Lipid Testing, (HDL LDL TRIGLYCERIDES, TOTAL CHOLESTEROL)

 Glucose (sugar) Testing with or without fasting

 Ultra Sound for pain
 Blood Pressure reading
 Inner ear testing to measure fluids for allergies and sinusitis

*There will be a small cost to cover the supplies required to do the testing.
